Carroll underwent further testing, and the team announced it came back negative. He'll be treated symptomatically ahead of Friday's showdown with the Miami Heat.
The 31-year-old crashed down after Heat guard Goran Dragic slid under him to take a charge Wednesday night. After being undercut, Carroll broke his fall with his left hand, which forced him from the contest.
The Raptors, however, still captured the 99-91 victory without their go-to wing-stopper to take a 3-2 series lead heading back to South Beach.
Carroll drew the tough assignment of guarding Dwyane Wade, so if he does miss time, Toronto will have to scramble to find a palatable solution against the Heat's leading scorer.
Carroll's averaging 9.7 points and 4.1 rebounds while shooting 37.5 percent from deep in the playoffs.
